Sharpe Terminal is a crypto trading intelligence platform providing market data, charts, screeners, and research tools across decentralized and centralized markets. The Service aggregates data from third-party sources and presents it for informational purposes.

Market data displayed on the Service is sourced from third-party providers including cryptocurrency exchanges, DeFi Llama, and other data aggregators. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Users rely on data presented through the Service entirely at their own risk.

7. $SAI Token

The SAI token is a utility token within the Sharpe ecosystem. Nothing on the Service or any associated materials constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold SAI or any other digital asset. Any references to the SAI token are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sharpe Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, losses incurred from trading decisions or investment actions taken based on data or information obtained through the Service.
