• Research and support content: feedback, votes, saved settings, and messages you send to us.

• Device and network data: browser and device type, operating system, approximate location inferred by service providers, IP address, and security identifiers derived from IP addresses for abuse prevention.

3. How We Use Data

We use this data to provide accounts, operate APIs, enforce usage limits, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot failures, measure product performance, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Service Providers

We use service providers for authentication, database hosting, file storage, application hosting, security, and error monitoring. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own applicable terms.

5. Analytics

Depending on deployment configuration, we use PostHog, Google Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights to understand product usage and performance. PostHog autocapture and session recording are disabled; the Service sends defined product events instead. Sentry Replay is also disabled. The Service sanitizes query strings and fragments from known page-location, referrer, and tracing fields before sending telemetry. These providers may still process device, network, event, and error metadata under their own policies.

6. Cookies and Browser Storage

We use cookies or browser storage for authentication, security, session continuity, preferences, and analytics. You can block or remove them through your browser, but account, theme, or other stateful features may stop working as expected.

7. Retention and Deletion

We retain data for as long as needed to provide and secure the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and provider. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove data from backups, security logs, or records we must retain by law.
