Contact Sharpe Terminal

Sharpe Terminal is built by a small team of ex-derivatives traders who still use the product every day. We answer support requests directly — no ticket queue, no bots, no scripted replies. For product bugs, data issues, feature requests, API access, partnerships, or press inquiries, use the channel that matches your ask below.

Product support & bug reports

The fastest response path is our public Telegram. Most issues get acknowledged within a few hours, and non-critical bugs are typically triaged within one business day. For account-specific problems, data discrepancies, or anything containing a screenshot or wallet address, email team@sharpe.ai instead so we can keep the thread private.

API access & developer partnerships

We publish a public REST API and an MCP server covering funding rates, futures, options, narratives, news, and more. For rate-limit increases, commercial licensing, white-label data feeds, or enterprise support SLAs, email team@sharpe.ai with your use case, expected request volume, and deployment environment. We respond to commercial inquiries within two business days.

Listings & protocol partnerships

We cover 99+ sectors, 30 narratives, 23 ecosystems, and 87+ web traffic entities. If your protocol, L1/L2, or data source isn't tracked yet, send a short write-up (links to docs, contract addresses, and any existing market data) to team@sharpe.ai. Listings are free and decided on data availability plus community relevance, not paid placement.

Press, podcasts & founder interviews

For press requests, podcast invites, conference panels, or expert commentary on crypto derivatives, options, funding rates, or market structure, reach Rishabh directly at rishabh@sharpe.ai or via X DM at @rishabhng.

Response expectations

We don't operate a 24/7 oncall rotation — we're a lean team, and most messages are answered during working hours across UTC+0 to UTC+5:30. Telegram is usually fastest for quick product questions; email is better for anything requiring a thread, attachments, or persistent context. We do not cold-call, DM first, or solicit via Telegram — any message claiming to be "Sharpe support" outside the channels listed above is a scam.
